I got some dextrose at my local healthfood store for a decent price($1/lb.), but they didnt have maltodextrin. I figured I could order it from the various internet sources that carry it, but before I do so I thought that I would ask the forum if the maltodextrin was even necessary. Can I just use dextrose with my protein and it be effective?
I know JB suggests a 50/50 mixture, just looking so see if anyone knows any more info.
