I’m pretty sure cutting a tendon doesn’t fall into the minor category. A labrum is trimmed/cut - it’s not repaired. The pain and dysfunction from a torn labrum is from inflammation and “catching” of the torn pieces.

It’s funny that the standard recovery for my college teammates (pitchers) was 3-4 months for torn labrums. My projected revovery for the biceps tendon and slightly torn labrum = 3-4 months.

And as stated above, I was referring to training your healthy parts while the injury healed.
