Is Surge Enough for PWO Shake?

I drink half serving of Surge right before my workout with 5g of creatine and take the other half serving half way through the work out. Do you think i should follow this up with another 25g of regular whey protein right after my work out even if i eat dinner one hour later? My dinner usually consists of on average 30-40g of protein from chicken/fish/or beef.

Just wondering if it would be beneficial or just waste of money since i always eat dinner one hour after my work out. Thanks.

I would drink 40 grams of whey protein immediately after training in this scenario.

Cramming in as much as possible in that hour after you train is never a waste.

Yep.
In this scenario the more the better.
You might also wanna eat an extra serving at dinner.
30 grams of protein is not a whole lot for a meal.
