I drink half serving of Surge right before my workout with 5g of creatine and take the other half serving half way through the work out. Do you think i should follow this up with another 25g of regular whey protein right after my work out even if i eat dinner one hour later? My dinner usually consists of on average 30-40g of protein from chicken/fish/or beef.
Just wondering if it would be beneficial or just waste of money since i always eat dinner one hour after my work out. Thanks.
