I’ve been using “6 weeks” for a while now and I love it. Probably a dumb question, but is it still your go-to for fat loss? I know your programming evolves quite a bit over time, and I want to know if there is anything out there more effective than the complexes??
I don’t have “go to” programs. The strategy I use with a client depends on that person. On his/her strength and weaknesses, physiological and neurological profile, age, experience, lifestyle, etc.
Is it still relevant? Of course, I’ve been using that type of training for 16 years and I’m still using it (my wife is doing something similar at the moment).
