Hi, everyone this is my first post here and I was hoping I could get some help. I have been lifting for a couple of years but only for the past year have I been serious.
My question is what would be the best approach for losing 15 lbs? would split w/o like push pull work or would a full body approach be better? As for diet I will be following t-dawg 2.0.
In response to your question, I find full body easier to decrease body fat due to the high metabolic cost of these workouts.
Incline treadmill walking, sprints or circuits on days off…
