Is My Diet Sound? Please Evaluate.

I did a liquid fast for a week or so, and saw good results but do not feel it is sustainable.
Thus, I want to get on a sustainable diet, that I can see regular and drastic weightloss from when paired with a 2x a day physical training program that so far has been working well. Basically, p90x in the mornings, Weighttraining 4x a week, and running 4x a week.
