I never got a red for this (cholesterol yes) How do I make it normal?
There is no easy answer to that and no easy fix. It takes a long time.
Most important is eat clean diet and stop supra physiological doses of gear. If you are overweight need to loose body fat.
Alcohol, cigarettes, sugar?
CoQ-10, maybe lecithin, creatine will boost the HDL’s. Check your diet over, add in some healthy oils like fish oil or Flax seed oil. Add Flax seed to something you eat too. Buen provecho.
