I’m beginning EDT and the T-dawg diet, which is low carb. You do near full-body training three days a week, and about 15mins of cardio and 15mins of stretching on off days.
Would it be too much to boost that cardio to 30mins at 60-70% upon waking, before eating?
Also, would doing 30mins after finishing lifting and before consuming any foods be detrimental to the results?
Or should I just do some walking?
