Is More Cardio a Feasible... ?

I’m beginning EDT and the T-dawg diet, which is low carb. You do near full-body training three days a week, and about 15mins of cardio and 15mins of stretching on off days.

Would it be too much to boost that cardio to 30mins at 60-70% upon waking, before eating?

Also, would doing 30mins after finishing lifting and before consuming any foods be detrimental to the results?

Or should I just do some walking?

If your following a diet and a plan then follow the diet and plan.

Once you have done it for a few weeks you should be in a better place to judge for yourself…

If the diet/plan dont suit your overall goals then dig around and find another one that does…
