Is it Worth Taking N.O Xplode for Me?

the pre workout marketing makes me very angry.its basically saying ‘oh i dont have the balls to lift today’.
that being said i do think they can be extremely valuable when used strategically.
I just buy a single serving of pre workout my gym is selling on the days that i wanan break plateau for the sake of ‘feeling’ the extra poundage.
