So i am trying to lift weights 3 days a week. As well as lifting weights I want to do something to improve my endurance.
How many times a week can I do endurance and still gain muscle?
I am thinking about doing 3 days of weights and one day of endurance. Will that work
Because if I am burning fat then I can't gain muscle right?

Squats and milk?
Anything will work. Everything will work. Whatever you do, get better at it over time. Lift more weight, do more reps, run faster, run farther, etc. Work hard.
