Is it Okay to Split My Workout Up During the Day?

I go to the gym during lunch and find that I’m always pressed for time. I go 4 times per week and do one main lift and I try to get at least one assistance exercise in each day. Since my assistance exercises are body weight exercises, I could do them at home. I was wondering because of recovery and raising cortisol levels if it would be okay to do the one barbell lift at the gym around noon and do my body weight exercise along with some core work around 6pm in the evening? Example: Overhead press at noon and then do Dips in the evening.
