I see some people saying it’s good for pumps and blood flow to the muscles. I have decent erections without it but fantastic erections with it (I’m 31)
Is it a bad idea to use that forever? I just don’t want to be 100% dependent on it

I doubt it. It was originally designed to treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). Drugs like that are intended for long term use since those conditions are prevalent in older men.

Pumps - use an absurd amount of citrulline malate. Boners - use an absurd amount of l-citrulline. Of course, consult a medical professional before using anything.
