Is HMB a Waste of Money?

I have been taking hmb with cell mass for about a month i have noticed some gains but noting extreme. i am wondering if hmb is a waste of money. i have read mixed reviews about it. i would appreciate any comments

HMB might have been as big of a scam as NO products, then again you are taking cell mass, isn’t that the creatine product by BSN that had a lawsuit filed against it for false label claims?

Yeah, BSN claimed it was creatine ethyl ester but it was really monohydrate. At least I think that’s what it was about. Wasn’t No-Xplode part of that too?
