Is HGH Safe Long Term?

I have corocohumeral shoulder impingements in both shoulders as well as IT band syndrome in both knees (I’m 23). I’m doing specialized physio to fix the shoulders. The question is would it be dangerous (long term) to do a low dose of hgh at a specialized clinic after I fix my shoulders. My family is cancer prone but if they don’t detect cancers in the tests would I be ok

Let me look into my Chrystal ball real quick.

Me, googling “long term HGH use side effects”:

HGH treatment might cause a number of side effects for healthy adults, including:

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Increased insulin resistance
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Swelling in the arms and legs (edema)
  • Joint and muscle pain
  • For men, enlargement of breast tissue (gynecomastia)
  • Increased risk of certain cancers

Clinical studies of HGH treatment in healthy older adults have been relatively small and short in duration, so there’s little to no information about the long-term effects of HGH treatment

Doing a low dose should be totally safe, since our body does create HGH naturally and it would be weird that we would get bad sides from stuff that is supposed to be in us since the day we are born.

low dose, like replacement levels, don’t see why not
