Is Ginko Biloba a Stimulant?

Hola :).

Is Ginko Biloba a stimulant? I just began taking SuperPump250 and it says on the bottle that I should avoid taking stimulants when using SP250.

I checked out the label on SuperPump250, and I couldn’t find the actual ingredients, but from the usage instructions, it suggests that the product already contains stimulants of some kind. So, I would think that the suggestion to avoid other stimulants is just to prevent users from taking too many stimulants at once. I doubt that Ginko would negate effects (which are??) of the product.
