Anyone here have an opinion on the healthiness of Familia Swiss Muesli?
It’s primarily made of raw oats with some oats, dates, and other fruits mixed in. I’ve been eating it all my life because it is my favorite cereal by far, but I’ve always wondered what, for example, its glycemic index might be.
Are these oats comparable to slow-cooked oats in their rate of digestion or are they probably more like instant oatmeal oats? Anyone have opinions on the healthiness of this cereal in general. This stuff is the stuff I’m talking about: www.vitacost.com/FamiliaSwissMuesliCereal
