Is Creatine Necessary on Off Days?

I use to take Creatine everyday, now I take it only after workouts and see really no change.

Does anyone have any studies to prove that Creatine is either necessary on off days or not needed on off days. Thank you.

Supplementing with Creatine isn’t even “necessary” in the first place, so that answer to your question is “no.”

I take it every day, however, since it’s relatively inexpensive and I seem to notice a benefit with daily consumption.

you’d be stupid not to take Creatine and the only thing “necessary” is death and taxes. It’s a staple, plain and simple.
