Are they any harmful effects?
Creatine is the most studied supplement out there and I would say about 99% of studies show positive results. Goto google scholar and search for creatine to see some of the studies and scholarly articles written by doctors and scientists.

I’ve never heard anything bad about creatine. Just don’t take stupidly excessive amounts (20g+) and you’ll benefit from it.
I did better on my cut this summer using creatine and hmb. Muscles look fuller.
And I wouldn’t say I’m a major water drinker. I get plenty but I’m not drinking a gallon, and I’ve seen no ill effects.

It is the scientific researched product, but I listen that if taking its heavy Dosages suffer life…
I have no idea what you are talking about… Just take 5g a day. All the evidence suggests its perfectly safe.
