Try this:
1c nonfat yogurt
1c 1% cottage cheese
0.5c old fashioned oats (dry)
1 piece of fruit chopped into small pieces (peaches are great right now, as are berries, in the winter I use 1/4 of a pineapple)
Mix in a bowl and eat.
500-550 Kcals
50g protein
~70g carbs (+5g fiber)
6g fat (you could take some fishcaps with this, if you like)
<5 min prep time
