I have heard that if you have to condition a lot, and do cardio, it is harder to bulk up and build muscle. If this is true, is it possible for me to bulk up if running / sprinting is required from my football and basketball coach?
Yes.
I would suggest it if you put on fat easily, too.

Yes, it’s possible. It could be harder though, since you must eat more food to compensate for the calories you burn during your conditioning work.
It shouldn’t be a problem unless you’re hella skinny to start off with. If anything I find sprints make me gain muscle on my hams and ass. You just have to eat for it. Keep the carbs (starchy not sugar) high.

You can and sometimes you must, like me with fat fuck genes, when you bulk. Not to much mind you. I’d say to get your heart rate up 60% of your max for 25mins.
