Is 11 Sets Overtaining?

I work out for strenth. secondly, I didn’t mean that overtraining would happen in that day but normaly I would do defarco training shit.

looking at your huge back, i assume you are doing 11 sets of rows as well?

although i am currently researching tempo (so what do i know) shouldn’t a well trained athlete 4-0-X and leave the 4-0-2 and 4-1-2 etc… for the bodybuilders?

Well I use the defraco training method but I used to do 10 sets for back and recently started doing defranco method. I do train back equally as hard though. I always feel the pump in my back unlike most people.
