Irritated Biceps

I was cleared from shoulder impingement, but still get symptoms once in awhile.
It seems like the simplest thing will irritate my bicep tendon, or the area around it at least.
Its not super painful, but feels like a set back after hard work Ive put in.
Has anyone dealt with any issue like this?

Both of mine get aggravated at times. My right one is worse because my a/c is separated.
When they get that way, the best thing I have found is before workouts, lower or upper body, I do a set or two of curls and stretch them. Especially before upper body, I roll them with a softball against the wall. I think deadlifts bother mine more than anything.
