Ok, I am confused…you did write SETS, right?..doing 30-40 SETS total in 1 single day…
If this is right…how many reps per set are we talking about?
Is there a tempo guideline or a simple Chad Waterbury approach to “lift as fast as possible and lower under control” method approaches, with his take on the high end of the eccentric duration range should be a maximum of 1 second for short-range movements like dips and rows, and 2 for deadlifts and squats???
