I’ve had bilateral biceps tedininosis for 8 years but lately after workouts my shoulders will crackle and pop more and more. Besides crepitus, there is also very slight pain and I am concerned about the future of 40 more years or so of training. It seems to happen pretty much no matter what exercises I use even with very light weights. I have been going to a ART practitioner with 11 years experience and he says don’t worry about it. I certainly do not expect you to make a diagnosis but I value your opinion. Any general thoughts?
