Preacher curl some weightx15 5 sets
Very slowly ramping up everything and trying to get back in the groove. My conditioning is horrible right now as well for me.
I am starting to experience extremely high SVT's (Supra-Ventricular-Contractions) I had an episode where I was from 216-234 BPM for almost 9 minutes. That was over summer(June 24) and I had some mild ones since but that seemed to really make my Heart sore(just started to feel better in October) and me very timid to push myself. I am starting the recovery road back. I also tore my Heel Planar Fasciitis on my right foot in late September as well . So that squat Yesterday was the first time I went over 205 in 2 months.
I went through a lot of testing this past summer/fall to see if the Dr.'s can basically re-map some of my veins going to my Heart and get an Ablation done or add an additional lead for my Pacemaker.
Sorry for being jumbled I am doing this log to put my thoughts down and to make myself accountable to myself. As well as to talk to the great people in this forum.
