Basically, it breaks down to 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps of each exercise with 60-second rest breaks.
According to most strength and conditioning literature, the time under tension for hypertrophy is 40-70 seconds, and this program just reinforces that. They are just doing it in a different way so people will focus on using better form and controlling the weight concentrically and negatively.
It’s just a different spin on the same old thing.
