Inverted Trap Bar Carry

@CT have you tried this? I’ve also thought a good version would be inverting the trap bar with the weights @ the top and bottom and carry the trap bar using its sides.

Surprisingly, yes I did. I personally don’t do them because it gets my right biceps tendon inflamed, but it’s a solid exercise if you keep a solid posture and the back tight
