Hey there! New member here, been lurking for a while now and finally decided to join!
I just started REALLY working out about 3 months ago. Before that, I had been lifting weights ala Muscle & Fitness (Horrible, I know, but I was ignorant). My short term goal currently is getting stronger and bigger.
Since I started working out seriously, my squat and deadlift have gone up. I went from a 205lbs squat to a 245lbs for reps, and from a 225lbs deadlift to a 275lbs for reps too. Not impressive numbers by any means, but I feel proud of myself for lifting more than most regular gym goers can.
On the other hand, I've got a pathetic bench press (155lbs :[ ) and just started practicing power cleans, since I had no proper instruction before and didn't want to risk getting hurt.
Anyway, I look forward to my stay here.
