I am 39yrs. old, married with 2 beautiful kids. I am a self professed workaholic. I work for a box company in which I work 12 hrs. a day 6 or 7 days a week. I push heavy stuff around so I get a workout at work lol.
I hit each body part twice a week. I have my own home gym, that was my 1st post Kicked Out Of Golds. I have been hitting the weights for 2yrs. Consistently for the last 8 mths. I was told about this site by a truck driver who saw me doing pull ups on a forklift. I am looking for info on training and diet, being a newbie I am like a sponge. I have learned a lot and hope I can contribute.
