Intra Carbs Between HIIT/LISS?

Read a few articles here on T Nation, one about the benefits of doing LISS after HIIT. and another about the benefits of intra carbs to enhance fat burning.

Lets say I do 20 minutes of HIIT then consumed a fast digesting carb like a spoon of honey before I did 45min - 1H of LISS is this beneficial or is it better to just jump from hiit to liss for additional fat loss?Thanks in advance
