Intermittent Fasting?

First post here, so consider this a brief introduction.

I heard there was some interest in the Leangains protocol which “evil-swede”, and several others, has used with great success.

This is a modified form of Intermittent Fasting, with the main goal of improving body composition. I will be co-authoring a book with Lyle McDonald in the near future with regards to this topic.

Read your post on the bodybuilding.com forums. Got me excited, I might start an IF program beginning next week.

Martin, can you take BCAA’s during the fast? Thanks! P.S. - This is a pretty easy diet to adhere to!
