Intermittent Fasting

I’ve been doing IF for about 3 months. Most calories are ingested during workout period. (Doing 3-4 FINiBARs + ANACONDA/MAG-10.)

If you’re happy where your body is and are not looking to maximize muscle gain, it’s great.

If you’re looking to gain a lot of muscle, it’s moronic.

I’ve been leaning out while gaining strength doing IF + ANACONDA. Results have been good, and I suspect to gain a good 8 lbs. of lean mass this year.

Also, no blood sugar drops. Clear thinking all day. Work for hours without having to stop to get my blood sugar back up. No obsessing over food…wondering if it’s been 3 hours.

People saying it’s optimal for muscle gain are selling lies.

There are pics of that Ori guy from '99 or '01…over a decade ago. He looked fit then…not bodybuilder, but fit. He looks no different today.

Show me any before-and-after pics of guys doing IF…you’re NOT going to see huge muscle gains.

It’s more about lifestyle. I’ll never go back to chasing the dragon of the next meal.
