I recently watched an interview with you from a year ago where you discussed intermittent fasting a bit. You described how when trying to get lean one meal a day is your go to (plus peri workout) and of trying to stay lean you do it a few times per week (sounds just like your 5/2 article)
My question is - you mentioned while doing one meal a day and training in the morning the peri workout would just be Caesin hydrosalate (spelling?) and you recommend only strength work. What would one do with periworkout if doing one meal a day every day but obviously doing some bodybuilding workouts during the week?
