Just started a cycle today
Going with a 200 tren e and 400 test e a week. I've been trying to do some research on if with a cycle like this but not really finding much. Any options on this? My goal is to recomp. Biuld muscle lose fat. Everyone's goal I'm sure. Just want some input. I have a desk job from 6 to 12 Monday through Friday so I was thinking it would be easy to eat from 1pm to 7-8 pm and fast the rest of the time. Or would it be better to do the typical 5-7 meals a day. I eat relatively clean and always have a f%$$ ton of veggies everyday.
