Intermediate Routine

I am intermediate level.

My routine is lower upper, home gym, olympic barbell mostly.

Lower

  • Squat
  • SLDL
  • calf raise
  • abs

Upper

  • bench
  • rows
  • ohp
  • chinup
  • close grip bench
  • bicep curl

Think of switching to push/pull because fewer exercises per session. 4 exercises.

Push

  • squat
  • bench
  • ohp
  • close grip bench

Pull

  • deadlift
  • rows
  • chinup
  • bicep curl

I only progress weight for all compounds.

Do you think i should switch to push/pull? Or i just stick with my current lower/upper?
