Heres my dilema. When I train chest or legs I will feel the d.o.m.s for 3,4 or even 5 days. If I feel sore for 3+ days then I assume I have overtrained. I will train a client as the same intensity with the same routine and he would have recovered 1-2 days quicker. Do people with different body types need to train at a different intensity or perform fewer exercises on the same day? Does anybod have any good links on training at different volumes and intensity for different samoatypes?
