I thought maybe the differences in wait times was due to massachusetts having a higher population, but then i saw mass was at 6.5 million people and georgia is at 9.5 million…

And Mass. has more doctors per capita, than Georgia (5.3 per 1000 compared to 2.4 per 1000)
