Intense Cardio While on V-Diet

Hi there I just started the V-diet last week and I must say it’s been amazing.

I have a question. I often play sports (basketball, hockey, etc) where I burn a lot of calories. I realize that doing intense cardio is counter productive for the V diet. Should I just have a serving of Surge when I do cardio like this?

Any other tips would be great.


If you know that intense cardio isn’t good to do on the v-diet, and you were already playing these sports before you started the diet, and you (surely must have) read that you shouldn’t do any extra cardio on the v-diet, then why the hell are you doing the v-diet? And more importantly, why are you still doing the v-diet?

To people who want to do cardio: pick a normal diet that allows for it.
