This is my first time posting on the site. I started 5/3/1 in late June. I'm down 16.8 lbs. My Body Fat % has come off some and I'm gaining more muscle mass. I feel great and I'm just getting started. What I'd like to know from any1 training BJJ is how you incorporate the 5/3/1 program into your'e Jiu Jitsu schedule. I train a minimum of 5 days a week, sometimes doing 2 BJJ classes a day. This would be a great help to me. I'm looking to drop some more lbs and enter at the top end of the Super Heavy weight Division (209-222lb) from my current Ultra Heavy division. Appreciate the feedback!
