Integrate Beginner Prep School Template with Muay Thai

I just read through the beginner prep school chapter in 5/3/1 Forever and I was looking for tips on how to integrate that with Muay Thai 2-3 times a week. I used to be strong and conditioned but after 2 years of inactivity I am back to base zero. Thats why I want to use the Beginner Prep School template.

Jim recommends 3 days of running, so I was wondering if I just swap out the running for Muay Thai? Also should I still lift 3 days a week or cut it down to 2?

How many times a week are you going to be doing Muay Thai? And what does each of those sessions involve?

Bag and pad work? Hard sparring? Any conditioning drills done at the end of class?

2 or 3 times a week. Im skipping the hard sparring classes for now and doing the beginner/intermediate classes as my conditioning has dropped a lot. These classes include

jump rope
shadow boxing
3 x 3min rounds of padwork
conditioning (moderate intensity)
