Hello CT, know that insulin is so good for muscle gains, as for fat gains. You said to consume apple cider vinegar before meals along with cinnamon to increase insulin sensitivity.
I use a spoon at lunch and before bed. I notice that when I wake up I have the feeling of being more defined. For hypertrophy you still recommend the use of apple cider vinegar?
I ask this because the apple vinegar contains acetic acid, which leads to weight loss.
