Insulin Post Weigh in 24 Hours Before Powerlifting Meet


Cant seem to find a topic about this anywhere really so i said id try and see whos got the first hand experience.
Who has used insulin straight after a weigh in the day before a powerlifting meet in order to fuel up efficiently and quicker for optimal strength on meet day?

Also let me know what protocols ye used in terms of dosaging times and type of insulin


That seems unnecessary for what you’re trying to do here, but I could be wrong.

I assume you’re cutting weight for this meet? Start slamming down food and water/Gatorade and you should be fine.

If you’re looking for a boost of strength on meet day, look into orals like Halo, and an injectable like test or tren with NO ester.
