OMG! Thank you so much for those links, I’ve learned so much; Recently, I’ve been consuming soy milk (Silk, vanilla) like a fish out of water, i’m so glad i read those articles and stopped the soy non-sense! I’m also going to try the new T-Dawg diet, I have a good feeling it’ll work for me. Again, thank you so much.

Hey man glad to help, and welcome to your release from the T-sucking soy based foods. I was in the same boat for a bit. Only it was mass quantities of soy isolate. That shit did a number on me. AAAHHHHH that has been a while though.

As for the T-dawg, that is a solid choice, and a plan that is VERY adaptable to the individual and easy to make a life style. Just go with the T-Dawg 2 as laid out. Get a handle on that and then you can adjust it to fit your goals and personal progress as needed. The main thing is nailing the timing of your food choices. If you need more info. or help getting started do a search and there are a TON of threads on it, and dont hesitate to ask. I, as well as others are here to help out.

I will try and touch on your other post as well. A new version of T-dawg. Nope. I have not seen or heard of any and really dont think one is needed. They pretty much made the needed adjustments to the first and it has worked great from their and allows ppl to make tweeks to fit their own individual needs as they get a handle on the routine.

A Biotest EPA/DHA. Boy dont I wish. Get some super nanoized, maximum absortion, just look at the pills and you have all the omega 3’s you need. LOL. There seems to have been some talk of it but I have not heard anything in a while. We never know though they may be cooking some up now to release upon us. Shall I beg now. PLEASE, give us some fish oils.

The fat burner that was referenced in the T-d 2 I beleive was the original version of HOT-ROX. It really has not been that long since it was released. A couple years I think.

Um, well I think I touched on everything and once again no problem. You otta do a search on the articles for soy if not totally convinced yet. There are some great ones out there.

Glad to help and dont hesitate to ask if you need anything further.

The human pancreas(an organ) releases insulin every time a carb is consumed. However, if you have wholegrain carbs the body will release insulin in a more slow and steady rate. But if you have things with sugar in them, your body releases insluin rapidly(aka an insulin spike) which is not very healthy…except in the PWO window.
