does anyone know a good website or reference to find the insulin index of common foods? I know its more relevant than the gi but I can’t find anywhere with an ii.

Very few foods have been tested for Insulin Index as of yet. Try the site below for the foods that have been tested.
When you get to the site scroll down. It’s at the bottom of the page.
