Hey all, I’ve looked all over but can’t find the post for the solid instructions for the V-Diet. I’m looking at starting it as soon as I can get all the supplements and extras together. Can someone help me out?
Here are my stats:
Age: 36 (too soon)
I currently lift and do cardio 3-5 times a week. I know I have to bump up the intensity but I have to get my eating regimin under control again. I had great success with BFL back in '99(dropped to 10% BF and was 200 lbs).
I know I have the discipline but I need some good information to get started.
