Inspired By Brawn/Intensity Cycling

Hi guys,
i have a current idea inspired by brawn/intensity cycling.
The princip is to gain a cycle dry as possible:
(goal mass,strength)

Say you start for a lift with 3x10 with 1 min rest between.
You increase the weight (or the rep range till 12 drop and increase the weight-but I stick to the example above cause its easier)till you stall.
So now you increase the rest to 2min to allow progression again:
3x10 with 2 min rest.
when you stall, you split the reps up,but keep the volume the same:

6x5 with 2min rest
If you stall now you decrease the volume:
4x5
then
3x5
2x5
1x5
OVER.
So the breakdown summed up:
3x10 1 min rest
3x10 2 min rest
6x5 2min rest
5x5 …
4x5…
3x5…
2x5…
1x5
end

this is thought to increase poundages as much as possible and really milk the rep ranges and sets dry.
someone tried sth like that?
