Inspiration From Failure?

So I just had a rather crushing experience from wrestling and the disappointment is rather overwhelming, basically im just looking for some inspiring stories from people, athletes etc. that deal with failure and how they overcame it, etc. Something to get my head back in the game

Thats pretty much all the inspiration you could ever need.

If getting your ass beat isn’t upsetting enough for you I don’t know what to tell you. When I lost doing whatever I was doing, that was enough for me. But that’s just me.

The Michael Jordan quote is nice though:

"I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed. "

Or a great Babe Ruth quote:

“Every strike brings me closer to my next homerun.”

Well said.

When I was in a brace with two broken ribs and a back sprain from a sports injury, this one helped me.

“Fall down seven times, get up eight” - Lao Tzu, I think.

You’re going to lose at times and things are going to break, fail or generally go to hell at times. It’s called life. Learn from it and go on.
