Belts are frickin magic. It's like a whole nother lift entirely. The guy I was squatting with said I was good for 500, but I didn't want to push it today with my knee slightly bugged.
all sets were as easy as the first for some reason
I've decided to do the Show of Strength at my school. It's a legit powerlifting meet scheduled for early November. I'll see about registration tomorrow.
