Is this ok for the training week
Mon recovery tempos / rugby training
Tue squat /bench jumps
Wed off
Thurs dead/press / rugby training
Fri off
Sat game
Sun off

You had better do some more recovery/mobility/light conditioning on your “off” days - this would be imperative to me to feel great and perform at a high level on game day. Just make sure your lifting is done in such a manner that it CONTRIBUTES, not distract, from your ONE GOAL: getting better at rugby.
