Insanity Workout Post Drink

I have the Insanity workout and they talk about a Post-recovery drink with 4 parts carb to 1 part protein. Anyone have any ideas on a good mixture that would taste good?


1 scoop protein, 1 scoop oats mix with water.

Surge would be the superior option. Gatorade plus whey would be a decent alternative. If you go with the Gatorade, use the powder, not the bottled. The powder, last time I checked, used dextrose which is a decent carb source. The bottled kind uses high fructose corn syrup, which is crap.
